NO SERVICE NO CALL BACK - Home warranty ac claim

Indoor Climate Control was assigned to my claim through CINCH Home Services on 6/21 and we still have yet to get our AC fixed. I have called over 10 times and have been given Every excuse in the book. Says he will call back to schedule and never calls. One bs story after another. CINCH isnt much better. DO NOT USE Indoor Climate Control THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! NO FOLLOW THROUGH AND DONT CARE THAT WE HAVE A DISABLED PERSON AND ITS 90 IN THE HOUSE. HORRIBLE LAZY DO NOT USE!!!
